A valid credit/debit card is required to book an appointment but will not be charged unless you cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours or no show for an appointment.
After scheduling an appointment you will see a $1 charge on your card (uncaptured), which is used for validation purposes, but will be released from Square after 7 days.
Please note that arriving late to a scheduled appointment will shorten your treatment time. I regret that I cannot extend appointments due to tardiness. If you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be taken and will be charged half the service fee. Please be considerate of those appointments following yours by arriving on time.
First Time Clients and Facial appointments:
If you are a first time client or scheduling a facial, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to handle any paperwork and to prepare for your Kino by Kimie experience.

Rescheduling and cancellations must be done through your online portal or through your confirmation email. Last minute texts, emails or phone calls will not be accepted.
If you need to edit or change a specific appointment service I kindly ask that you contact me immediately and not wait till the day of to notify me. This will allow me ample time to fill the empty slot if you are taking off an add on service.
Payment:
I accept all major credit cards, Venmo and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Gratuities are not included and may be given at your discretion.
Return Policy:
Kino by Kimie has a no refund policy on all services, service packages, gift cards and products. If there are any problems, Kino by Kimie must be contacted within 2 days of the purchase/service. If work/product is determined to be unsatisfactory, the technician will then use their discretion to resolve the issue.
Packages:
All sales of treatment packages purchased are final , non refundable and non redeemable for exchanges. Packages expire within 365 days of purchase.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Taxes and processing fees apply to all credit card and online payments.
Studio etiquette:
No restrooms. Please arrive prepared and ready for your service. The closest public restrooms are at the county building or Kalena Park
Waiver forms for your treatment must be filled out prior to your appointment.
Please remove your shoes at the door.
The space is all yours during your scheduled time so get comfy and use the empty waiting chairs to place your belongings.
Off limits areas are the furniture that have equipment or product on them.
While you are waiting outside take a moment to silence your phone and other electronic devices.
I love tiny humans but my studio is not a place for them.
