General FAQs

  • My schedule is open 30 days in advance so if you are unable to find an open slot it is either past the 30 day marker or I am fully booked. The appointments will open up as the time comes up. So, a 3pm appointment would not open up until 3pm 30 days before that appointment. Your best bet would be to hop on at the beginning of my business hours or right at the time you’re going to want to make your appointment.

    Caveman terms for prebooking:

    30 days in advance means that if the current date is April 1st the booking site will show you all the days & available slots all the way up till April 30th. That's 30 days from April 1st. With each passing day, one more day opens. So May 1st will open up on April 2nd. May 2nd will open on April 3rd and so forth.

    Please note that only returning clientele are allowed to book facial treatments using the online scheduling system.

    If you are not currently coming in for skin services every 4 weeks you are not considered a regular/returning client and the booking system will automatically cancel your appointment.

  • Only returning clients are able to view & schedule sugaring appointments as an add-on service to any facial treatment.

    If you are trying to book a solo/ala carte sugaring appointment and you are a returning client, you may contact me for available slots or do so at your next facial service.

    Please note that solo sugaring services are few & limited since skin health is our primary focus of practice.

    Therefore, we highly recommend adding on your regular sugaring maintenance visits (ex: brazilian, brows/lip, underarms) to an already existing facial appointment.

    *The online booking system will not allow you to book a solo sugaring service unless it is attached to a facial treatment.

  • Yes! This is exclusive to facial treatments first and foremost. This means that unless you are planning to see me for monthly skin treatments, solo sugaring services are not available. Your sugaring/waxing appointment must be added on to a facial in order to see me.

    Unfortunately I am a one man band and although I enjoy sugaring hair removal, corrective skin care is my speciality.

    If an existing client is no longer able to see me for treatments I will then contact those on my waiting list to potentially come as a new client.

    If you’re looking for a one-time facial service, someone who wants to enjoy a relaxing spa-like facial, or interested in visiting every 3 months or so, I am most likely not the esthetician for you. While feel-good facial treatments are a beautiful thing, there is nothing like uncovering a persons natural beauty through results driven treatments. My clinical practice focuses on correctional holistic skin methods and current clients must be maintaining their skins health by coming every 4 weeks (monthly) . To achieve the best results clients must be compliant with using the proper recommended products & lifestyle changes. I simply cannot expect to see major improvement in the skin with a one time visit just as you cannot expect to lose weight by working out once or 3 times a year.

  • Returning clients are those who are regularly coming to see me for facial services every 4 weeks. If you have seen me in the past and wish to resume your treatments, please schedule a skin consult. I understand that certain life changes may result in not seeing me for a period of time but if its been over 3+ months since your last visit your skin has most likely changed and your skin needs time to become acclimated with the professional products prior to regular treatments.

  • Products can be purchased by visiting the “shop” tab of this website. Guests receive free shipping over $60 worth of purchases and shipment are sent out daily (excluding holidays).

  • As of August 1, 2022 the product pickup option has been eliminated. In addition to scheduling limitations, this change has allowed our valued products to be fulfilled and shipped out the same day , instead of potentially degrading from hot temperatures outside due to late arrivals.

  • Yes, but there are purchasing limits. If the gift card receiver does not have an existing appointment scheduled with me already I highly discourage purchasing a gift card for them. My schedule is extremely packed & my waitlist is growing so I do not feel it is right to sell someone a gift card that they will most likely not be able to use.

  • To reschedule or cancel your existing appointment you can either use the email confirmation that was sent to you the day you made the appointment OR by logging into your account on the booking site. The booking site will not allow you to cancel or reschedule an appointment that is outside of the 24 hour notice terms or 30 day marker mentioned above.

    Direct messages via social media are unprofessional and unacceptable.

    ​If you need to edit or change a specific appointment service I kindly ask that you contact me immediately and not wait till the day of to notify me. This will allow me ample time to fill the empty slot if you are taking off an add-on service.

  • ​All appointments made online are considered appointment requests.

    Please check your email for your upcoming appointments as the system will automatically reschedule your start time to fill every time slot on my schedule. To help better understand, I can only take up to 4 skin treatments a day.

    My first appointment starts at 9:30, second at 11:30, third at 1:30, and 4th at 3:30. This means that if the online scheduling system shows 9:30 or 10:30 as an available time and someone chooses a 10:30am slot, that reduces my service limit to just 2 a day.

    With my suppliers raising their costs by up to 40% in 2022, this adjustment will allow my small business to operate efficiently, without raising any of my product or services costs.

    Therefore the online system will automatically move your appointment time to allow the max service allotment for the day.
